Great MCAT, no prereqs: can I get in?

So if I understand correctly, I think the question is more like: having completed most, but not all, of the requirements, would good MCAT be considered proof of concept, such that the student could skip the rest of their post-bac program (to save time / money). And the answer is no, especially in the case of a post-bac student who didn't do the science requirements as an undergraduate. Standardized test is not an acceptable substitute for competing for the grades in coursework
