Comparison of Contralesional and Ipsilesional Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Stroke Patients

To study the effect of Repetitive Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) on paretic upper limb function. It was hypothesized that contralesional rTMS would lead to better improvement as compared to ipsilesional rTMS.
