Abstract 1714: The role and mechanism of JAB1 as a therapeutic target in biliary tract cancer
Conclusion: Suppression of Jab1 shows antitumor effects in BTC cells by inhibiting cell proliferation, migration, cell cycle and increase of chemosensitivity.
