Pleuropulmonary Blastoma in a Neonate Diagnosed Prenatally as Congenital Pulmonary Airway Malformation

We present the first case, to our knowledge, of a neonate with pleuropulmonary blastoma and myelomeningocele, though prenatally diagnosed as a congenital pulmonary airway malformation.
