In response to rising rates of stress-related psychopathology, resilience trainings have proliferated. These trainings often target student populations, as the transition to college marks a sensitive period for the emergence of psychiatric disorders; however, these programs can be time-intensive, as they typically target multiple processes linked to resilience. Understanding the relationships between these target processes might allow for the simplification of these trainings, facilitating dissemination and scalability.
