Endodontic surgery is an effective method for treating teeth with persistent apical periodontitis.AbstractIdiopathic root resorption is an unexplained root resorption when the patient experiences root resorption without any local or systemic factors. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are crucial for long-term outcomes.
