Efficacy of Weflow Embedded Branch Stents in the Treatment of Stanford Type B Dissection Involving Left Subclavian Artery

CONCLUSIONS: 1. Weflow embedded branch stent has good safety and reliability in the treatment of TBAD; 2. When LSA is involved, it can effectively improve the blood pressure of the patient's left upper limb, and the patency rate of the branch stent is good within 1 year; 3. Weflow embedded branch stent has a good short-term effect in aortic remodeling, and the medium- and long-term effect needs to be evaluated; 4. Weflow embedded branch stent had no obvious complications during the 1-year follow-up.PMID:38639623
