Excision of Giant Cervicomediastinal Parathyroid Cyst: Case Report and Literature Review

We report a rare giant parathyroid cyst in anterior mediastinum successfully resected from a simple standard Kocher ’s collar incision. Various surgical approach will also be deliberated.
