Sex-based differences in concomitant tricuspid repair during degenerative mitral surgery

CONCLUSIONS: Females with moderate or severe TR undergoing mitral surgery for degenerative disease were less likely to receive concomitant TVr and more likely to develop severe TR or need valve-related reoperation.
