Late Migration of Fully Deployed Left Main Coronary Stent into Aortic Root: A Late Complication and Its Surgical Management

We report a rare case of migration of the left main coronary stent into the aortic root, which happened 5 months after the procedure and was treated by its partial removal through aortotomy along with surgical revascularization.
