Comparing the safety and effectiveness of surgical approaches in thymectomy

ConclusionsOur results suggest that with a shorter LOS, robotics, subxiphoid and LVATS thymectomies are safe. Larger size studies are required to compare R0 resection rates between these less invasive surgical approaches.
