Myocardial blood flow quantification with SPECT

The addition of absolute myocardial blood flow (MBF) data improves the diagnostic and prognostic accuracy of relative perfusion imaging with nuclear medicine. Cardiac-specific gamma cameras allow measurement of MBF with SPECT.
