The Effect of Chronic Altitude Exposure on COPD Outcomes in the SPIROMICS Cohort

CONCLUSIONS: Chronic altitude exposure is associated with reduced functional exercise capacity in individuals with COPD, but this did not translate into differences in symptoms or health status.
