Fibromyxomatous Tumour of Nose: A Combined Approach to this Enigmatic Mass

We present a 60 year lady with swelling over the dorsum of nose and nasal block for 4 years. She underwent combined approach excision of mass. Histopathology revealed fibromyxomatous spindle cell tumour.
