Inter-night variability of in-home, overnight pulse oximetry screening in an asymptomatic older adult population

CONCLUSION: Inter-night variability of home OPO was minimal when values were near-normal in an older population. However, as values depart from normal, the inter-night variability increases, indicating the need for multiple night recordings. Low correlation to sleep questionnaires suggest the need for more robust OSA questionnaires in an asymptomatic population.PMID:38504043 | DOI:10.1007/s11325-024-03016-1
