Hypoechoic Perigraft Collection at Follow-Up After Aortic Bypass Surgery

Presence of a hypoechoic perigraft collection with size increase in a patient following aorto-biiliac bypass is uncommon, and is usually related to a periprosthetic seroma. Reported cases that are generally benign, infectious etiologies that can compromise the graft and increase the morbimortality for a patient must be excluded.
