ConclusionTheacrine inhibits skin damage, promotes autophagy, and mediates inflammation in IMQ-induced psoriasis mice via upregulating SIRT3 to activate FOXO3a/Parkin pathway, positioning theacrine as a candidate for psoriasis treatment.
