Epibulbar simple cartilaginous choristoma associated with unique pigmented multicystic component

CONCLUSIONS: Our case of epibulbar simple cartilaginous choristoma includes a prominent superficial component of pigmented epithelial cysts, which has not been previously reported in the literature.
