CONCLUSIONS: Sparse data regarding the use of XR-BUP in pregnant patients limits shared decision-making. Additional evidence will support the growing population of pregnant patients exposed to XR-BUP.SCIENTIFIC SIGNIFICANCE: Positive patient experiences using XR-BUP during pregnancy have been previously unreported.
