Infectious Myonecrosis is a rare, rapidly progressive necrotizing infection of skeletal muscles caused by anaerobic bacterium most common in underdeveloped and tropical areas [1]. This disease requires rapid diagnosis and treatment due to its associated 20%-48% associated mortality rate.
