Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTPreserflo Microshunt is a novel trans-scleral device able to shunt aqueous humor from the anterior chamber to a filtering bleb under Tenon´s capsule and conjunctiva. Although commonly results a safe and effective technique for lowering IOP in patients with open-angle glaucoma, it is not exempt from transient complications.
