Handling abusive patients

Doctors and nurses will on and off encounter “difficult” patients who can turn abusive and even violent.
An example is this video which went viral on the social media. Kudos to the doctor who remained calm.
It is a sad fact that there are so many people these days who do not know how to behave in a civil manner.
