Seven day care in England - update for RCN Congress 2015

Royal College of Nursing (RCN) - This briefing warns that expert nurse posts have been disproportionately lost in recent years, putting government plans for seven day care at risk. It notes that despite recent recruitment to fill nursing posts, the NHS now has 2295 fewer nurses working in expert or leadership roles than in 2010.
