Govt says yet to take decision on roll-out of HPV vaccination against cervical cancer
The Union Health Ministry in India clarified that it has not yet made a decision regarding the rollout of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination against cervical cancer in the country. Dismissing media reports speculating about a vaccination campaign in the second quarter of 2024 for girls aged 9-14, the ministry stated that such reports are untrue.
