Contexts, behavioural mechanisms and outcomes to optimise therapeutic exercise prescription for persistent low back pain: a realist review
CONCLUSIONS: Engagement in and adherence to therapeutic exercises for LBP, as well as clinical outcomes, may be optimised using mechanisms of trust, motivation and confidence.
