Concerns About In-Hospital Complications, Transport Time, and Comorbidities in a Study of Emergency Department Pediatric Readiness

To the Editor We read with great interest the article by Glass et al, which reported that high emergency department (ED) pediatric readiness was associated with low mortality after accounting for transport time and proximity. However, we are concerned about other possible confounding factors in this study.
