How can resilience be described in a process-oriented view and does this have significance for psychotherapy? A qualitative study

Conclusions: Based on the categories, a working definition for a process-oriented resilience model is created. The categories show proximity to known elements and goals of psychotherapy. The reinterpretation of resilience as a process of conscious "moving forward" (Yahuda) instead of an unattainable "hero ideal" can be helpful for psychotherapy patients.PMID:37830883 | DOI:10.13109/zptm.2023.69.oa3
