Nasal morphological changes due to maxillary advancement surgery: should we consider while doing rhinoplasty?

Objectives: Because of close relationship between the soft tissues in nasolabial region and maxilla, changing the maxilla position with orthognathic surgery leads to the changes in shape and functions of nose. The aim of this study is cephalometric evaluation of morphological changes in the 3-dimensional structure and the projection of nose after maxillary advancement surgery.
