Spinal anaesthesia for caesarean section in a patient with eclampsia and posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome

We present a case of eclampsia and PRES in which the choice between general anaesthesia (GA) and RA was difficult, as a discussion with the patient regarding spinal anaesthesia and the level of block was not possible because of her reduced Glasgow Coma Score (GCS).
