Body image perception, eating disorder behavior, self-esteem and quality of life: a cross-sectional study among female medical students

ConclusionsThis is of clinical implication to female medical students and healthcare professionals to engage early in primary and secondary prevention of eating pathologies. Increasing awareness of these facts among female students can help identify at-risk students and help them seek timely medical help.
