Watchdog calls for new health warnings on Botox that tells consumers about risk of fatal paralyzing disease

Public Citizen filed a petition Tuesday urging the FDA to require makers of Botox to provide clearer warnings about how it can cause iatrogenic botulism, even at recommended doses.
