Personal protective equipment during COVID-19: A natural history of dental and dental hygiene regulatory guidance in Canada

CONCLUSIONS AND PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS: The different approaches could have been justified on the basis of prevalence of COVID-19 and availability of personal protective equipment; however, there was a risk of creating confusion about IPCG best practices.
