Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a chronic dermatologic condition characterized by intense pruritus and round, hard, keratotic1 nodules ranging from a few to several hundreds.1,2 Of unknown etiology, PN is a relatively rare condition found mostly in middle-aged women, although pediatric cases have also been observed.1
