122 Psoriasis modeling with an advanced immunocompetent in vitro system

An advanced disease in vitro model to recapitulate psoriasis feature has been developed by using an human multi-compartment reconstructed full-thickness skin (3C System) co-cultured in the dermal compartment with THP-1 cells. The psoriatic phenotype was induced by exposure to a mixture of Th-1 cytokines (IL-17, IL-22 and TNF α) in the culture media during 48h. Two anti-psoriatic reference products have been evaluated: Product A containing mometasone furoate and Product B containing calcipotriol and betamethasone compared to negative (NC) and positive (PC) controls).
