Ectopic pregnancy(EC) is the leading cause of maternal mortality during the first trimester and the incidence increases with assisted reproductive techniques, occurring in approximately 1.5 –2.1% of patients undergoing in-vitro-fertilization(IVF).1 Omental pregnancy(OP) is an extremely rare form of EC accounting for less than 1% of all ECs. OP can be classified as primary or secondary based on Studdiford's criteria2. The preoperative diagnosis of OP is complex and usually occur in ac ute circumstances during a throughout intraoperative evaluation of the abdomen.
