Pandemic impact: Decline in endocrine operations hits vulnerable populations harder

The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19) pandemic brought an unprecedented upheaval of global health systems due to high patient volumes as well as equipment and staffing shortages caused by supply chain disruption and provider infection and burnout.
