ConclusionsIn this 7-year Markov cost-effectiveness analysis, SCPwithout concurrent PR was the dominant strategy. SCP+PR costs more with lower effectiveness than SCP alone, due to higher surgical cost of SCP+PR and higher probability of dyspareunia after SCP+PR.
