Intravaginal Mesalamine Administration: A Novel Technique for Neovaginal Colitis

The patient is a 21-year-old cisgender female with a history of VACTERL who has been followed in the pediatric and adolescent gynecology (PAG) clinic and the interdisciplinary Comprehensive Colorectal Center (CCC) since 2018. The patient has a complete sigmoid colonic neovagina, constructed as an infant at a referring hospital. Moreover, she has no uterine remnants.
