Psychophysical performances of computed tomography pulmonary angiography protocols

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ability of different tube potentials, pitch factors, and iterative reconstruction algorithms to detect pulmonary embolism (PE) in the lung by examining the performance of the target transfer function (TTF) and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR).
