Disaster management in radiology department

A disaster is an unanticipated low probability and high impact event that causes widespread devastation, disrupts routine life and causes large number of people to become ill or injured. Radiological priorities in the immediate phase of trauma are radiographic imaging of all parts of human body X-rays usually take precedence.
