18. Clinical outcome of laminoplasty in ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament patients with dynamic K-line (+) evaluated by cone beam computed tomography

Since the kyphosis line (K-line) was first described in 2008, it has been widely used in predicting the effectiveness of laminoplasty in OPLL patients. It is well accepted that laminoplasty surgery may not yield good results in K-line (-) patients, thus an alternative surgical strategy should be made accordingly.
