What is the appropriate starting salary for a July 2024 start in academia or private practice for RO?

Starting looking for jobs as a PGY-5, trying to figure out the appropriate starting salary? What would be the MGMA start in Midwest vs. South vs. East vs. West Coast? Appreciate the input.
