I was thinking of maybe doing one year in pharmacy /pharmacology instead of taking a gap year and the reapply to med.
Can that happen because some people told me that I cant do that.
Thanks.
Several med schools will not accept applicants from people in the first year of a degree, so you would be limiting your options.
If you believe you can achieve AAA minimum, then apply to those that do not look at predicted grades this year, otherwise, take a gap year - why would you spend £9K starting something you do not want to do, as well as limiting your choices of med school?
