Reduction in Seroma Rate Following Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator Flap with Umbilectomy Utilizing Progressive Tension Sutures

Conclusion The use of PTS in the abdominal closure during DIEP flap reconstruction addresses the previously seen rise in seroma rates when concomitant umbilectomy is performed.
