Sexual dysfunction is associated with arterial stiffness in postmenopausal women

Introduction: Apart from menopause, sexual distress at midlife and beyond might be related to chronic conditions. We aimed to assess the possible link between non-invasive indices of early vascular dysfunction and the results of a sexual function questionnaire in apparently healthy postmenopausal women.
