WGU's new KC nursing simulation/training lab aims to help tackle staffing shortage
Western Governors University expects to train and graduate more than 1,000 nurses by 2026 in Missouri, thanks to a new simulation and training lab it's building out in Kansas City. As a part of its expansion plan, the university is opening nursing labs in 11 states, including the one in Missouri.
