NLM Technical Bulletin, Mar-Apr 2023, Status Update: NCBI Taxonomy New Prokaryote Phylum Names

As previously announced, we are making changes to prokaryote phylum names in accordance with the recent inclusion of rank " phylum " in the International Code of Nomenclature for Prokaryotes (ICNP). We have made major progress, completing most of the proposed changes.
