IHS: Addressing Dementia in Indian Country: Models of Care

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is accepting applications for cooperative agreements for Addressing Dementia in Indian Country. The purpose of this program is to support the development of comprehensive and sustainable dementia care and services models in Tribal and Urban Indian communities that are responsive to the needs of persons living with dementia and their caregivers. Applications are due by June 27, 2023.
