Macrophages immunomodulation induced by Porphyromonas gingivalis and oral antimicrobial peptides

This study aimed to analyze the immunopathological role of macrophages activated by P. gingivalis in periodontitis and suggested using antimicrobial peptides as therapeutic agents to treat the disease.
