Columbia vs Yale vs Duke vs HMS

Hey y'all, I'm really glad to be choosing between these schools but I need some help. Financial aid hasn't been released for any of these options so for argument's sake I'd like to keep cost out of the equation until I know more (except for possible COL differences).
